ONLINE CLASSES

VIVANT

Lower intensity dance fitness to lots of old favourite tracks! Genres include Belly dance, Bhangra, Latin, Jive & Pop.

The pace is a little easier than my other classes although still a very effective workout and the vibe is fun & lighthearted.  

AFROBEAT

Exercise in disguise! Easy to follow dance-fitness routines set an uplifting Afro-Caribbean playlist. You’ll burn calories, Tone your muscles and improve your fitness. The focus is always on having fun as you dance yourself fit!

CLUB FIT

Disco lights, glow-sticks and Club Anthems! This class will feel like a night out not a workout! Low complexity choreography lets you lose yourself in the music while you improve your cardio-vascular fitness and tone your muscles.

VIVA

Easy to follow dance fitness to a great playlist! An effective but enjoyable class that will really improve fitness and tone your muscles. The music is uplifting and motivating and will carry you along so that working out is a pleasure.

FUSE

Dance, punch, squat & sweat yourself fit!
This class combines low complexity dance routines with effective toning & boxing moves driven by funky, current music. The result is an exciting, uplifting fitness experience.

FUSE PLUS+

is all of the above plus the addition of effective toning floor exercise targeting bums, thighs and tums!

FORTE

This class is light hearted & fun but highly effective for all over body conditioning. We use resistance bands interspersed with aerobic sections to give you a great cardio and muscle toning workout. The music is fast and motivating and the aim is always for it to be effective but enjoyable!
 

FIT MIX
Cardio intervals plus standing toning & mat based exercises for bums & tums make this a highly effective and enjoyable full body workout. Set to highly motivating music you will improve your cardio-vascular fitness and tone muscles with this feel good class!

FIRM & FLEX

For a firm and flexible body! This class is a two in one class. Combining muscle firming exercises, using a resistance band, followed by a full body stretch. Perfect to do anytime or combine with any of the cardio based workouts.

CARDIO & STRETCH

A quick cardio blast of 10 x 1 minute aerobic rounds each followed by 20 seconds rest. This method of interval training is an effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness in a very time efficient way. We follow this with full body mat based stretch.

PURE STRETCH

Flexi is the new sexy! A relaxing and uplifting class deigned to improve mobility and flexibility.  Relax your mind, stretch your muscles, move your joints and feel good!

This class is a perfect antidote for my more energetic classes. You do not need to be flexible to do this class as all movements are adaptable. You will need mat and belt or yoga strap.

TOTAL TONE

As the name suggests this 30 minute class focuses on toning and firming. Incorporating standing and mat work this class aims to target all muscle groups.  Add this class to any cardio based workout or just do it on it own. 

FLEX EXPRESS

In this 30 minute weighted class we use light dumb-bells to target arms, chest, shoulders, legs & core. We add in mat based bums & tums exercises and stretches to give you a full workout.  Set to a great soundtrack.  Add this class to any cardio based workout or do it on its own for a quick but effective workout.
