THE FIRM is an all standing full body workout. 

Pulse raising moves work thighs, bum, shoulders, arms with the added use of resistance bands in some tracks. 

This workout will give you a great all round workout, it's pulse raising and muscle firming and set to fabulous motivating music.

​

Plus there is an optional stretch section after the main workout if you'd like to get down on a mat and stretch out. Please bring a mat if you'd like to do this part.
